Terms of service

By creating an account or using A.D.A.M (Automated Data And Marketing), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A.D.A.M is operated by Netvival Ltd as part of CaptiFi.

A.D.A.M helps hospitality operators draft, schedule, and publish marketing content across channels such as Instagram, email, SMS, and Threads. The service includes an AI agent that generates captions, selects templates, and renders images. The output is machine generated and you are responsible for reviewing every draft before approval.

• You must be the owner of, or have explicit authorisation from the owner of, any venue or social account you connect.
• You are responsible for activity on your account, including content published via connected channels.
• Sign in is via magic link. Keep your inbox secure. Do not share sign in links.

You must not use A.D.A.M to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third party rights.
• Spam recipients or violate the consent rules of any connected channel (Meta, email providers, SMS carriers).
• Reverse engineer the service or attempt to bypass rate limits, brand voice checks, or other safety measures.
• Resell the service or expose A.D.A.M to end users outside your authorised workspace, unless you are on the Agency plan.

A.D.A.M uses Anthropic's Claude API. Drafts can contain errors, factual inaccuracies, or content that does not match your brand voice despite our reviewer pass. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every draft before it is published. You own the output your account produces, subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

Publishing to Instagram, Threads, email, SMS, or any other connected channel is governed by that provider's own terms. A.D.A.M acts on your behalf using tokens you authorise. You remain responsible for compliance with those providers' rules, including any rate limits, content policies, and recipient consent requirements.

During the early access period the Starter plan is free. Paid plans, when introduced, will be billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Workspace owners are responsible for keeping payment details current. We will give at least 30 days notice before any pricing change affects an active subscription.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for connected providers (Meta, email infrastructure), or fail to pay fees. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page. On cancellation we retain operational data for up to 90 days, then delete it, as described in our privacy policy.

A.D.A.M is provided on an as is basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that AI generated drafts will be fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to workspace owners by email. Continued use of the service after notice means you accept the updated terms.
