Privacy policy

A.D.A.M (Automated Data And Marketing) is operated as part of CaptiFi. The service is hosted at pubs.captifi.io and helps hospitality operators draft, schedule, and publish Instagram and email marketing content.

• Account data: your name, email address, and the workspace name you set up.
• Connected channel data: Instagram business account name and media metadata you authorise via Meta Login, and tokens used to publish on your behalf.
• Content data: draft captions, scheduled posts, brand voice notes, and uploaded photos that you create inside A.D.A.M.
• Operational logs: request times, agent traces, and error messages, used to keep the product running and to debug failures.

• To generate draft content, A.D.A.M sends the parts of your content needed for that run (brand voice, prompt, attached image) to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not train on this data.
• To publish on your behalf, we call the Instagram Graph API with your stored access token.
• To send marketing emails, we hand off structured content to CaptiFi's own email infrastructure, which manages the consented recipient list, deliverability, and unsubscribe handling.

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie for sign in, a cookie that remembers your active location, and a theme preference. We do not run third party analytics or advertising trackers.

Operational data (drafts, scheduled posts, content traces) is kept for the lifetime of your workspace. When you delete a workspace, all content is removed within 90 days. You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time from the Settings page.

• You can request a full export of your data at any time.
• You can request that your data be deleted.
• You can withdraw consent for any connected channel by removing the integration in Settings.
