Common questions

A draft failed to publish to Instagram. What now?

Open the draft and click Retry. If it keeps failing, check the Instagram tab on the location and reconnect. Most failures are an expired access token.

The agent ignored my brand voice instructions.

Open the location's Brand voice tab and check the banned words and tone notes. The agent does a brand_voice_check on every draft and rejects its own output if it violates brand_spec; if something slipped through, click Regenerate.

How do I add a custom template?

Either browse the public marketplace at /marketplace/templates and install one of the starter templates, or define your own in the Templates tab on the location page.

Can I export my data?

Yes. From Settings, request an export and we'll send you a JSON archive of drafts, brand voice, and templates within 48 hours.

How do I delete my workspace?

Contact hello@captifi.io from the workspace owner's email address. Deletion is irreversible and we will confirm before acting.

System status

For incident updates, check the Activity log in your workspace. Cron jobs (scheduled publishing, weekly reports) run every minute; if something is delayed by more than a few minutes, it's worth getting in touch.
